By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our Products.

The Website and our Products are intended for use by individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time you place the order.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing, typographical, or product description errors at any time, including after an order has been placed, and to cancel any order arising from such an error. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the affected order.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including where:
- The Product is out of stock or discontinued;
- We suspect the order is fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms;
- There is an error in the price, description, or availability of the Product; or
- Delivery to the requested address is not feasible.
A contract for sale is formed only when we confirm your order, typically by way of an order confirmation email or SMS. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability.
5. Payments
We accept payment through the methods made available on the Website at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered.
All payments are processed through certified, secure third-party payment gateways; Begin Faucets does not store your full card or banking credentials.
You represent and warrant that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We are not liable for any delay or failure in payment processing caused by your bank, payment provider, or network issues.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver Products within the estimated timelines communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation; however, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics constraints, weather, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please inspect your package at the time of delivery and record an unboxing video as described in our Return & Refund Policy, as this is required to support any subsequent claim for damage, defect, or missing parts.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge reasonable re-delivery or return shipping costs.
7. Installation Services
Where professional installation is purchased or included with your order, installation will be scheduled and carried out by our authorized installation partners or plumbers.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site and to ensure that site conditions (plumbing, water pressure, electrical points, etc.) meet the requirements specified in the applicable product documentation.
Once a Product has been installed, it can no longer be returned or exchanged, and any subsequent damage is not covered under our Return & Refund Policy, in accordance with the terms of that policy.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and only for products that are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging;
- An unboxing video is mandatory to support any claim of damage, defect, or missing parts;
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days; and
- Certain charges, such as installation, expedited shipping, and COD charges, are non-refundable.

9. Warranty
Our Products are covered by the Begin Faucets Warranty Policy, which sets out product-specific warranty periods, the claims process, exclusions, and care and maintenance guidelines applicable to each product category. The warranty is available only to the original purchaser, for the original installation location, and is non-transferable.
The warranty does not cover consumables, fragile items such as glass, damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear, as further detailed in the Warranty Policy. Please refer to the full Warranty Policy on our Website for complete terms.
10. Reviews, Unboxing Videos, and User Content
You may be invited to submit product reviews, ratings, unboxing videos, photographs, feedback, or other content (“User Content”) on the Website or through our support channels.
By submitting User Content, you grant Begin Faucets a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for purposes including customer support, product improvement, marketing, and publication on the Website or other channels.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you send us will be treated as non-confidential and may be used by us as we see fit to improve our Products and services.
